What it means

The source_url could not be retrieved: DNS did not resolve, the host did not answer within the time limit, the transfer was interrupted, the response was empty, or the origin returned an error status (reported in the detail field).

How to resolve it

Verify the URL downloads correctly in a browser or with curl, then retry. Source URLs are fetched in memory and never logged or stored.

Retrying

Safe to retry. Failed requests are not billed.

Include the X-Request-Id response header when contacting [email protected] about a specific failure.
