What it means

The source_url host is not publicly routable: it is localhost, a literal private/reserved IP, resolves to a private, link-local, or cloud-metadata address, or the fetch exceeded the redirect limit. This protects internal networks from server-side request forgery.

How to resolve it

Host the image on a publicly reachable URL. If you believe the host is public, check that its DNS does not also return a private address.

Retrying

Retry with a public URL. Failed requests are not billed.

Include the X-Request-Id response header when contacting [email protected] about a specific failure.
